Concentric in White Basket

A neat set-up and good colouring in this fine Old English concentric enclosed in a white basket of 8-tooth cog canes. The 4 rows of blue, pink and white millefiori cog & cross canes are centred by a large, white 8-tooth cog lined in red and veneered in aqua. Between the canes are small controlled bubbles - plus a couple that got out of control! The canes in the basket are drawn neatly to the centre of the underside and end at a porthole showing a miniature version of the set-up.
The concave base is fire-polished with an unpolished ring around the rough, ground out pontil.
