Garlanded Yellow Buttercup

Garlanded Yellow Buttercup
One of Baccarat’s less common flowers - the buttercup. Often found with the outer petals in one colour and the inner petals in white, this is a single colour flower - appropriately enough, an attractive lemony-yellow - with a white stardust cluster “stamen”. The short, curved stem bears a single red bud and leaves; another 5 leaves are distributed around the flowerhead. Set on a clear ground over a 24-point star-cut within a garland of alternating white cogs & green/white/red corrugated canes.
Cut with a circular top window and 6 round side facets. Concave, polished base.
