19 Roses on Dark-blue Ground

Millefiori garlands on an opaque dark-blue colour ground. Looping around a ring of 19 white & green roses with yellow pistils are pink & green and red & white interlaced quatrefoils. The millefiori arrangement in the centre is composed of pink/white corrugated canes encircling a green/white/red pastry mould.
Wide basal ring around the concave, polished base.
(The weight has been professionally polished to remove a couple of very deep chips, leaving a fine white line around the edge of the colour ground).
