5-lobed Star Canes

The millefiori canes in this concentric - with its 2 rings of alternating canes - are all centred by typical 5-lobed stars; some surrounded by a circle of star-shaped rods - such as the centre cane and the pale-pink/white canes in the first row; the others (green, blue & coral-pink) are set in corrugated collars.
Typical flattish profile. The glass is slightly sugary with a couple of pieces of cullet in the dome, which however, don’t detract from the appearance. Lightly-ground base showing signs of wear.
A production fault (see right-hand side of the base image) has been ground to reduce any risk from sharp edges.
