7 Blossoms on Swirling Basket

Set on a swirling 3-tiered, fine yellow filigree basket are 3 green and 3 pink blossoms encircling an unusual white blossom with blue-striped petals. All the blossoms have air bubbles at the centre of the petals. Probably of Silesian origin.
Relatively clear glass; lightly-ground flat base.
