Blossoms on Muslin

Blossoms on Muslin
Pink, 5-lobed blossoms form a garland around a bright-blue 4-lobed central blossom. The blossoms all have a tiny air bubble in the centre and the pink ones have opaque yellow stripes between the “petals”. The design is set on a cushion of upset muslin. (See Peter von Brackel’s book “Paperweights”, Page 141, Illustration 283 for a similar design on silver mica).
The lightly-ground base is flat and shows signs of wear commensurate with age.
