A departure from conventionally-shaped paperweights: a “cylindrical” plaque with a bevel-edged, sloping “facet”, giving a view onto a floral arrangement with a burnt-orange tiger lily with yellow-striped petals and upright yellow stamen, 5 smaller flowers in red, pale orange and yellow - all set amongst curling tendrils and variegated brownish-green foliage. Signed and dated on the back of the textured aquamarine flash. The weight stands on a flat, polished base.
