A panelled design set in a blue stave basket, which is drawn to the centre underneath the weight. From the green & wine-red complex centre set up, 8 radials - 4 white, blue & yellow twists and 4 blue tubes enclosed in fine sprialling latticinio - divide the millefiori cushion into panels. The canes filling the panels are a mixture of ruffle and cog canes in shades ranging from white, pink and buttercup-yellow through to dark & pale-blue. A “B” signature cane is set in the millefiori canopy; in addition, the weight is signed and dated on the flat polished base.
