Pink Carpet-ground (2007)

A pale-pink millefiori carpet-ground in the style of the antique St Louis design with a high cushion of pink-lined white crimps meeting at a central cluster of white & pale-green crimps surrounding a red & white cane. Placed around the weight are 8 smaller versions of the central set up. The canes are enclosed in a stave basket, which is drawn to a small porthole in the middle of the flat, polished base.
Set wiithin the millefiori is a "B" signature cane. The base is signed: Jim Brown 2007
