Grouped around an intricate burgundy & white pastry mould cane, are 6 complex millefiori cane clusters with 2 rings of tiny canes around a centre white cog with a blue heart silhouette. The canes are set within a white latticinio and pale-pink spiralling torsade over a translucent green ground, sprinkled with goldstone, underlaid with opaque white. A gold-foil “K” signature is set in the white ground. The miniature sphere is set at an angle on a pedestal foot.
