The spiderlily in all shapes and forms - and in a sheer endless variety of colours - was this artist’s most popular lampwork design. Here, the flower is yellow with an orange stamen. It is set over a white filigree spiral (a rarer variation) above a translucent cobalt-blue ground. Signed with a gold-foil “K” initial on the underside of the colour ground. The sphere is set - slightly tilted - on a pedestal foot.
