Shaded-pink cog canes - filled with black-lined white ruffles - provide a basket for 3 rows of complex millefiori canes around a blue-sheathed, white star centre. Although there is a touch of mustard-yellow and ruby, the predominant colours are white, pink and blue. The two rows of complex white millefiori canes which are lined in blue, are filled with a red & white centre and 5 tiny blue & white 5-lobed canes in diaphanous pink ruffles. Scratch-signed and dated above the edge of the polished, flat base.
