A small edition of paperweights inspired by a particular theme - in this case: Brazil. The series depicts the luxuriant flora of the tropics encased in crystal. Interwoven with speckled pale & dark-green leaves, a cluster of purple, white & pale-lilac anthurium blooms struggle to reach the sunlight above a layer of large pink & green and yellow & green striped foliage. The design is set over a blue-green water ground. Signed around the middle of the weight: Cathy Richardson 2013 BZS#3 1 of 8. Polished, concave base.
