Morning Glory (2013)

A deep-purple morning glory in full bloom. A yellow pistil protrudes from its yellow-striped, deep purple and burgundy throat. 3 buds are still furled - waiting for the warmth of the sun to open them. Completing the design are small white flowers interwoven with green stalks, dark-green variegated leaves and curling tendrils. All set on an opaque pale-blue ground.
Monogrammed and dated KR 2013 next to the “R” signature cane in the side of the weight. Concave, polished base.
