A realistic nature study from this American lampwork artist. Lying between 2 yellow blossoms on a bed of dark-green leaves and curling tendrils is a large, globular pumpkin. The orange rind of the fruit, which is still joined to its hard, woody stem, is lightly furrowed. The design is set over an opaque white ground. Monogrammed and dated KR2013 next to the “R” signature cane in the side of the weight. Concave, polished base.
