First introduced in 1958, millefiori Zodiac closepacks were produced for many years. This is an early example with the 12 signs of the zodiac scattered around the canopy of colourful complex canes, which are perhaps less vibrant than those used in later years. Signed with a “B” canenext to a 1970 date canenear the outer edge. The multi-coloured canes in the flat, polished base, which bears an acid-etched Baccarat insignia, are close to the surface.
