One of Baccarat’s most popular designs - in a version in which the 12 signs of the Zodiac are spaced evenly around the perimeter and in the centre of an unsual snow-white carpet-ground made up of 8-point stars in white tubes. The final row of canes is drawn underneath the paperweight to form a basket. The white cushion rises halfway into the dome. A B1978 signature/date cane is included in the outer row of Zodiac canes. Polished, flat base with Baccarat insignia, edition size and number.
