A pentagonal top facet, deep scallops and 5 round side facets in the yellow-on-white double overlay of this paperweight expose a 4-row concentric mushroom with complex millefiori canes in white, pale-pink, yellow & deep-pink. An outer row of green/white canes are drawn into a narrow stem which tapers to the clear base. Incorporated in the row of deep-pink canes is a B1979 signature/date cane. The flat, polished base bears an acid-etched Baccarat insignia, the year (1979) and the number (40)
