Elixir - Ed. 500 (1989)

One of Margot Thomson’s most attractive designs: Elixir - a limited edition abstract weight from the 1989 Collection. The weight has a teardrop form, with two narrow wedge-shaped facets allowing a view of the glowing amber interior - a “potion” that, at one time, was believed to be capable of prolonging life indefinitely!
Acid-etched on the flat polished base: Caithness Elixir Scotland and scratch-numbered. (Includes original numbered factory certificate).
