This Colin Terris design was chosen as the Collector’s Society Paperweight in 1988. Within the glass sphere is a large pink & white multi-petalled flower with pale-blue & variegated-green sepals. The bloom floats above a green/white ground. A vibrant cobalt-blue flash covers the base of the weight. Etched on the flat, polished base: Caithness Scotland Collectors Paperweight. Scratch-signed & numbered: Opus 88 172/1000. Original certificate.
