Rose & Ladybird Ed. 250 (1988)
A William Manson design from 1988 when he was again working at Caithness Glass. Seen through a polished, sloping front facet is a multi-petalled pink rose and a bud borne on a short curved stem. The tips of green leaves surround the flowerhead with another 3 on the stem. A bright red ladybird has made herself comfortable on the lowest leaf.
No WM signature cane but scratch-signed William Manson on the small flat base, which is also inscribed and numbered: Rose & Ladybird 159-250 Caithness Scotland.
