Only 3 examples of this design were made with different coloured overlays - red, green and this one, blue-on-white. The overlay is cut with a large top facet and 12 side facets arranged in 2 rows to reveal a purple fantasyflower on a bed of white muslin. Elongated complex millefiori canes - in white, brown & violet - were used to make the petals which are backed by 5 purple lampwork petals. The 3 stems bear ribbed green leaves and 6 buds. A PMcD signature cane is embedded in the polished, concave base.
