A miniature weight with a lampworked sunflower in the centre of an opaque blue ground, underlaid with white. The 10 petals are set around a large, complex pale-green millefiori cane. Surrounding the flowerhead are 5 small nosegays each one composed of florettes and leaves. A P1980 signature/date cane is set in the centre of the concave, polished base. (This miniature sunflower design was also produced on an opaque ruby ground.).
