Centering this pale-pink and white carpet ground is a beautiful deep-blue lampwork flower with cupped petals, yellow star-dust stamen, a short stem and the tips of green leaves. This is encircled by a ring of spaced yellow, white and green millefiori canes plus a further ring of green, white and brown canes. The design is set over an opaque pale-pink ground. A P 1983 signature/date cane is embedded in the basal concavity. An original Perthshire paper label is applied to the base. (Originally planned as a limited edition of 300, less than half were actually produced).
