A fancy-cut, blue flash overlay encases a bouquet of flowers tied with a pale-yellow bow over clear ground. The top is finished with a large circular window. The upper part of the blue flash overlay is cut to clear, forming diamond shapes centred by oval side facets, while the lower half of the overlay has a criss-cross pattern.
