PP11 Ltd. Ed. (1983)

1983 was the first year that the PP11 design was made with a garland of canes around the perimeter; in this case yellow & lavender cogs. Set in millefiori circlets are 4 picture canes - brown butterfly, blue sailing ship, black & white penguin & black rooster - with 8 other canes in shades of lime-green & pink and brown & lavender in a spaced ring around them.
Placed right in the centre is a P1983 signature/date cane. The base is hollow ground with a narrow wear rim. (Applied original Perthshire label).
