This version of PP87 was issued in 1986 - 1988. A glass transfer of an angler is encircled by 7 short, white twists alternating with pairs of blue & white millefiori canes. The outer border is composed of 2 concentric rings of pale-blue/mauve and pale-green complex millefiori...set over white upset muslin. The weight has a top facet and a P signature/date cane in the polished, concave base.
