A millefiori pattern centred by 4 triangular cane arrangements around a complex multi-coloured arrow cane and separated by 4 red ,white & yellow twists. Between the central cluster and the outer garland is a ring of complex millefiori canes in various shades of aquamarine & green. The garland is composed of 2 types of short radial twists with 2 alternating canes between them. The colour ground is translucent, mottled blue. A P1987 signature/date cane is set in the small central concavity of the polished base.
