A compound weight in two layers with a profusion of pale-pink & yellow wild flowers, green stalks and brown leaves...while a closer look at the left-hand side, reveals a colourful butterfly. To acknowledge Shona Spittal’s work in encasing the set-up, there are two signature canes (“A” & “S”) at the base of the flower stems. Scratch- signed above the edge of the concave base: Flutterby Meadow Ed 1/1 2010 Allan Scott & Shona Spittal 8 small oval facets set between 4 large oval facets decorated the sides. The top is cut with a concave, circular top window.
