1950s Early Mushroom
Probably made in the early 1950s, this concentric mushroom is attributed to St. Louis - although it has no signature/date cane, but it came from a collection of early St Louis paperweights. Relatively-complex canes - in shades of deep-pink, blue, white and green - with the outer row forming a tapering “basket” rather than a stem.
Finished with a circular top facet and 16 deeply-cut oval side facets. Slightly concave polished base.
