1975 Cherries (Ed. 450)

Set on a latticinio double swirl ground are numerous red cherries - some with yellow stalks & green leaves, some just with yellow stalks. The crystal is cut with a circular top window and 6 round side facets.
A pink/white SL1975 signature/date cane is set in the latticinio swirl at 6 o’clock in the main image. Polished, concave base. (Original certificate)
Initially St. Louis numbered the certificates not the edition ! Hence this one bears the number 1,571 with the information that at the time (1975) a total of 1800 limited edition paperweights had been produced. This system was changed in 1978.
