1989 Penholder (Ed. 200)

To commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Revolution in 1789, St Louis issued a penholder in a limited edition of 200. The ribbons and latticinio twists - in the national colours - in the base are continued in the narrow upright receptacle. This one is in its original presentation box and comes complete with certificate.
The base is signed with the edition number and “Saint Louis” in gold lettering.
