A rare blue rose centres a variety of multi-coloured Whitefriars complex canes arranged in 6 clusters (Pattern No 300) within a blue millefiori border garland and set over a translucent blue ground. A 1977 signature/date cane is incorporated in one of the millefiori clusters Although there is no record that this design was issued as a limited edition, this one is scratch-numbered on the blue colour ground.
