An unusual single-cane closepack in just 2 colours - blue & white. In actual fact, some of the internal stars in the white-star canes have a pale-straw lining, but the overall effect is of blue & white canes over a clear ground. Cut with a top window and 5 side facets. Signed with a blue & white 1978 Whitefriars signature/date cane, which is hard to find in a canopy of blue & white canes ! It’s close to the centre at ca. 11 o’clock in the main image. Typical Whitefriars polished base. (Original factory label on one facet)
