Strictly speaking, the “spokes” are, in fact, the green ground that the relatively simple millefiori canes are set on. But the set-up - with its 4 rows of pink, cobalt-blue, pale-green & pale-orange cog canes - is neat and contrasts nicely with the opaque, dark-green ground. Fire-polished, concave base. Slight greyish-blue tint to the glass.
