Concentric on Clear

A well set-up 4-row concentric - possibly the work of Salvador Ysart from the late 1940s/early 50s. Around a yellow cane in the centre are 4 rings of assorted canes in pink, orange & white, deep blue with a white star centre and an outer row of white, red & pale- blue cogs over a clear ground.
The base is flat; the pontil mark has been lightly ground out.
