Centring the design is a shaded-pink lampwork flower with red aventurine “stamen”- and crowned by pointed green leaves. The flower, with its short curving stem, is set within a garland of alternating complex millefiori canes over a translucent, mottled dark-blue ground The base has a wide flat area with a central concavity and a rough pontil. Slight purple tint to the glass dome - attributed to pre-1940 Moncrieff.
